This was my first formed team in college. Which was insipired by a thai movie which is called Suckseed. My team is composed of 5 friends of mine who are talented, intelligent and skilled but choose to be a happy go lucky, the fool in the class, the quiet one, the clown, and student who are always late and absent.Forming this team is like saying that there are other people that might act silly but when given a chance they are the one with unexpected ideas that you can get. My team is very unpredictable even i the leader of my group doesn't know what is our capabilities. All i can say is that we have a boundless capabilities if we only wanted it.
The challenge to me being the leader of this group is how can i bring out those creative juices in them and how will i motivate them on finishing our tasks.I've formed this group with a goal in mind to bring out the best of us for i know we always make reason to not give our best for we lack the act of volunteerism. Now that we are given a chance it feels like that i need to do something to make it happen and say to them that we can make it happen.
There is something about them that makes me choose them. I don't know what makes me choice them maybe it just that we have something in common or i just see myself in them.It's really a mystery forming this team was not planned but this what makes it interesting. It's like fate/destiny is on its move we just need to put it in action. I'm inspired with my team.! I love them .! This the best team I've been.! We might be underdogs but were not born to give up.! for we're SuckcessFool.!
